When will my order be despatched?

We despatch Monday – Friday and aim, but do not guarantee, to despatch all orders on the same day (if received by 10am) or the next working day. Please be aware that personalised/printed to order items can take up to 5 working days to be despatched. If you need printed orders in a hurry please contact us.

How can I pay?

Pay Online

Using Paypal or with your Credit/Debit Card using our secure payment system.

Pay By Post

We can take orders with Cheque or Postal Order payment - just select this method at the checkout you will be given an order number and all the details you require for your order to be processed. Once payment has been received and funds have cleared we will despatch your goods to you. This payment option is only available to UK residents only. Please contact us if you are outside the UK.

Pay By Telephone

We can take your order over the telephone by using your Credit/Debit Card. Please do call us on +44 (0)1372 459 670 (Mon-Weds 10am-2pm, Thurs-Fri 9am-5.30pm, Sat 9am-2pm GMT) - we are always happy to help with any queries you may have.

What are your delivery charges?

Once at the checkout you may choose one of the following Royal Mail postal methods:

  • £3.29 Second Class Recorded Delivery. Delivered 3-7 days from despatch
  • £4.49 First Class Recorded Delivery. Delivered 1-3 days from despatch
  • £10.99 Express Delivery. Guaranteed next working day from despatch
  • Free Second Class Delivery on UK orders over £35. Delivered 3-7 days from despatch

These delivery guidelines are set by Royal Mail. Unfortunately we cannot provide any specific time or day for delivery using this postal method nor can we give any specific delivery instructions (e.g. leaving a parcel in a safe place).

How quickly will I receive my goods?

  • Second Class Recorded Delivery. Delivered 3-7 days from despatch
  • First Class Recorded Delivery. Delivered 1-3 days from despatch
  • Express Delivery. Guaranteed by 1pm next working day from despatch

What are your opening hours?

Please note that these times may very occasionally vary, depending on our grooming appointments. If you are traveling from further away it is advisable to call first to double check that we will be open.

Bank Holiday Weekends
We are closed on all Bank Holidays.

Easter Holidays
We are closed on Good Friday right through to Easter Monday and re-open on the Tuesday.

Christmas Holidays
We will be closed for Christmas from 2pm 23rd December and re-open at 9am on 4th January 2016.

What if I am not in when the item is delivered?

Items are sent using Royal Mail. If you are not in when they try to deliver your goods a 'while you were out' card should be left for you with details of where to collect the parcel or arrange to have it re-delivered. Sometimes a card is not left for you so please contact us.

If you have not received your goods within:

  • 10 working days Second Class Delivery
  • 5 working days First Class Delivery
  • 2 working days Express Delivery
  • 10 working days overseas orders

Please do contact us immediately and we will track it for you. Please do not leave it any longer than this as orders that are uncollected and returned to us unopened by the postal service, will incur another postage charge to resend the items to you.

The item I want is out of stock?

Our stock availability is linked into the website so you will not be able to order items if we do not have them in stock. Please do contact us and we can give you an approximate date as to when the item will be back in stock.

However we can sadly make mistakes with our stock so if we find your item is out of stock after your order has been placed you will be notified by email and given an estimation of when it is likely to be despatched to you. If you have placed an order of more than one item, those in stock will be despatched to you and the out of stock item will follow as soon as possible, with postage paid by us.

Will I be charged VAT?

Yes, we are VAT registered (GB 945 2267 14) and therefore our prices shown are inclusive of this purchase tax. If your purchase is to be delivered outside the European Union VAT Zone, this tax will be deducted from your order total at the checkout. If you live in the Channel Islands the VAT will not be deducted from your order total but you will be refunded the amount in full once your order has been despatched. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable import duties applied by the destination country.

I have placed an order but want to add something else?

Due to our Secure Payment System we do not have access to your card details and so we are unable to add on any further items to your card once your initial order has been placed.

If you would like to add another item(s) please purchase the item(s) from our website before you receive the "Despatched" notification by email and - as long as your package has not been sealed - we can add them to your order. We will refund you postage paid less 95p admin charges for each additional order.

How and why do I have to measure my dog?

We highly recommend that you actually measure your dog. We ask you to do this as all dogs can and do vary in size even those of the same breed. To find out how to measure your dog please use our Measuring Your Dog guide.

I have measured my dog and I am still unsure what size to select?

Please do contact us either by email or telephone 01372 459 670 with your dogs measurements and details of the garment you wish to purchase and we will be more than happy to help you find the correct size. You can also send us your dog's measurements when placing your order. At the checkout there is a comments box where you can send us all the information and before sending your order we will double check you have the correct size. As all printed/personalised items are non-returnable we strongly advise you give us this information to avoid disappointment.

My dog is different sizes in different garments – why is that?

We stock different garments from different suppliers. Dog clothing unlike our clothing is not universal so they all differ in sizes. This can get confusing so we have provided size charts on every product to help you. Please do not presume for example a large in a particular style coat will also mean your dog requires a large dog hoodie. Always check the individual size charts. Again if in doubt please do contact us we are always happy to help.

Can I return an item for a refund?

Yes as long as it is not one of the following: Items that are printed to order and Design Your Own products, beds, made to order products, toys, food items, grooming products and gift wrap are not returnable and therefore no refund or credit note can be given.

If you have purchased none of the above and you are not happy with the merchandise purchased from us then please return it to us within seven days of receipt of purchase for a refund (excluding P&P). You can exchange your goods for another item within 30 days. Goods returned for a refund after 7 days (and up to 30 days) will be given a credit note. After 30 days no credit notes or exchanges will be given. Please note this does exclude all printed items.

All returned items must be in original packaging, unused and in the same condition that it left the Company. Items that are returned to us in a condition that is not fit for re-sale will not be eligible for refund or credit note and will be returned to you. Christmas products are not returnable for exchange or refund after the 25th of December. If an item is returned to us for exchange of an out of stock or discontinued item a refund will be given or credit note will be issued.

Goods must be well packaged to prevent damage. Please also note we do not pay for returns postage. If your original order qualified for free Second Class Postage valued at £3.29 and you return items for a refund, £3.29 will be deducted from the refund total.

It takes about 7-10 days to process returned goods. Your refund will be placed into the account/card with which you placed the original order. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes as long as it is not one of the following: Items that are printed to order and Design Your Own products, beds, made to order products, toys, food items, grooming products and gift wrap are not returnable and therefore no refund or credit note can be given.

We will happily exchange any item not mentioned above for up to 30 days. All returned items must be in original packaging, unused and in the same condition that it left the Company. Items that are returned to us in a condition that is not fit for re-sale will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to you. Christmas products are not returnable for exchange after the 25th of December. If an item is returned to us for exchange after 7 days and the item you want to exchange it to is out of stock or discontinued item a given or credit note will be issued.

Should you wish to return any purchased items for exchange and you live in the U.K. just complete the returns form you would have received with your goods. For items to be replaced with a different size/colour/item, etc please check the website as some larger items may cost more if this is the case please provide us with your card details or enclose a cheque/PO payable to Bonnie Dogs Ltd for any difference in the price. If you do not want to enclose these details please ensure you provide us with a phone number and we will contact you and take payment over the telephone. If the exchanged replacement is of less value a refund or credit note will be given. Bonnie Dogs will send exchanged items free of charge on one occasion, any further exchanges for the same order will require a payment of £3.29 for P&P and if the item is then returned for a refund after an exchange this will be given less £3.29. If you are outside the UK please contact us for a price for returns P&P.

Returned goods must be sent either by special delivery or recorded delivery. Goods must be well packaged to prevent damage. Please note we do not pay or refund for the postal cost for you to return an item for exchange but we do not charge for exchanged items to be sent back to you on the first occasion and for U.K. addresses only.

I have received my order but it is incorrect/damaged. What do I do?

If your item is incorrect, damaged or faulty please accept our apologies and notify us immediately by email/telephone. Do not return the item with out informing us first.

Do you offer wholesale?

At the moment Bonnie Dogs is unable to offer wholesale accounts. This may change in the near future. We can offer discounts to Dog Training Clubs, Dog Groomers, Dog Walkers, Vets etc. So if you want to promote your business dog related or not with any of our Design Your Own items please do not hesitate to contact us with details of the items you are interested including logos/art work and we will happily try to meet your requirements and give you a discounted price.

Why are printed/made to order and DYO items non-returnable?

All printed to order items and DYO are finished in your specification making them non-returnable. For further details please read our Terms & Conditions. We are here to help you select the correct sized garment so please do contact us with your dogs measurements.

Do you have a shop?

Yes, we now have a Bonnie Dogs retail shop and Grooming Parlour in Bookham. The shop is at 19 Dorking Road, Bookham, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT23 4PU. Please follow the links for opening times and more information about our shop and grooming parlour. We look forward to seeing you and your dog soon.

Do you have a catalogue?

We are currently working on a catalogue and do hope to have one available this year.

Is Bonnie Dogs a brand of clothing and can I purchase the range anywhere else?

Yes Bonnie Dogs is a brand of dog clothing, Bonnie Dogs Clothing is only available to buy directly from Bonnie Dogs we do not supply to any other Company. All our clothing carries the Bonnie Dogs Label and on of the following garments Coats, Hoodies, T-shirts and Christmas Outfits Bonnie Dogs is printed on the chest. Each product comes with its own washing and care guidelines. If you have any other questions regarding our clothing please do get in touch.
