Our site uses a secure online facility for payment provided by Optimal Payments. You can use the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards. We will not accept any credit cards which are due to expire within five days.

If you order via an online facility you have the legal right to cancel your order (if not been despatched). Please note this does not apply to printed or made to order items once payment has been received you do not have the right to cancel if the item has been printed or made. If you need to cancel or change the order please do contact us straight away we will cancel/adjust the order if it has not been printed or made. You may also return returnable goods within seven days of receipt of purchase. As long as the item is in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that it left the Company, we will happily give you a refund. Please note all items that are printed to order Design Your Own items, Handmade Collars, toys, perishable food items, grooming products, beds, dog feeding stations and gift wrap are not returnable.

We encourage customers to contact us before purchasing all printed and made to order items to check they have the correct size as these are all non-returnable. For further details please visit:

Bonnie Dogs will not take any responsibility for purchases made that are of an incorrect size so please measure carefully and double check the measurements. If you provide us with your dogs measurements please be aware we can only suggest the correct size with the information you provide us with. If the information is incorrect again Bonnie Dogs will not take any responsibility for this.

It takes about 7-10 days to process returned goods. Your refund will be placed into the account/card that you placed the original order with. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

In our experience it is always best to return goods either by special delivery or recorded delivery. Without proof of postage we are unable to provide credit or refund. Please also note we do not pay for returns postage and you will be charged postage for a replacement item to be redespatched to you. If an item is returned to us for exchange of an out of stock or discontinued item a credit note will be issued.
